Frequently Asked Questions

On the Sign up page. You use the same username and password to log in to the game.

Username: 4–16 characters, lowercase letters (a–z) and numbers. Password: 8–16 characters with both letters and numbers, no accented letters.

You use it in the game to confirm deleting a character. You set it when you register – write it down somewhere safe.

Password recovery by email is coming soon. While logged in, you can set a new password at any time on the My Account page.

Up to 5 accounts can share one email address.

Log in and choose Change password or Change email address on the My Account page. A new password works in the game immediately.

All three are equal – pick by their story. Playing with friends? Choose the same one.

Your race is your character's people and look, your class is how they fight. There are four starting heroes: Ironvowed (human), Moonshade (Shadowblooded), Ashcaller (Demonblooded) and Runecaller (half-elf). The fifth class, the Dark Elf, unlocks after level 300. More: The game.

Every minute. The game saves characters every few minutes, so a fresh level-up shows up a few minutes later. GMs and suspended accounts are not listed on the rankings.

The Server Status page shows the login server and every channel live.

On the Download page – the download button appears there as soon as the client is available. Coming to Steam soon, too.

The website runs over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, login attempts are rate-limited, and changing your password logs you out on every other device. Never give your password to anyone – GMs will never ask for it.
