1. The operator

2. Scope

  1. These terms apply to the website, account registration and the LegendaMMO game.
  2. By signing up you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
  3. The Operator may amend these terms and will announce changes on the website. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

3. Registration and account

  • You must be at least 16 years old to sign up; under 16, only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
  • Provide a real email address and keep your password secret. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
  • The character deletion code is used to confirm deleting characters – keep it somewhere safe.
  • Accounts are not transferable; buying or selling accounts is prohibited.

4. Test period

The Service is currently in a test phase. During this period characters, items and other game data may be deleted or reset, and availability is not guaranteed.

5. Code of conduct

In particular, the following are prohibited:

  • cheats, bots, automation or exploiting bugs in the game;
  • harassing other players, hateful, offensive or unlawful content;
  • trading for real money outside official channels;
  • impersonating staff members or taking over other people's accounts.

Please report any bugs you find via the in-game Support ticket system.

6. Virtual items

In-game items, currencies and other virtual goods are licensed for use, not owned, and cannot be exchanged for real money.

7. Sanctions

Violations may result in a warning, a temporary or permanent ban, or in serious cases the deletion of the account.

8. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". The Operator is not liable for data loss during the test period or for outages caused by circumstances beyond its control (such as force majeure).

9. Intellectual property

The LegendaMMO name, logo, game and website content are the intellectual property of the Operator or its licensors; copying or using them without permission is prohibited.
